Troubleshooting

Live wallpaper not animating

  • Make sure you selected "Live Photo" on iOS or "Live Wallpaper" on Android
  • Check if battery saving mode is disabled
  • Ensure your device supports live wallpapers
  • Try restarting your device

Wallpaper looks blurry or pixelated

  • Download the HD version if available
  • Make sure you downloaded the correct resolution for your device
  • Check if the wallpaper is fully downloaded
  • Try downloading again with a stable internet connection

Cannot find downloaded wallpaper

  • Check your Downloads folder
  • Look in Photos/Gallery app
  • Check if download completed successfully
  • Try downloading again

Download fails or is interrupted
